  • In ReShade select RobloxPlayerBeta.exe,
  • Select DirectX as an API,
  • Select Browse and select my preset,
  • Click next
  • Now you wait until it installs, and then press finish
  • Join any game you like, press Home on your keyboard
  • You can see a dropdown (blue) that says ReShade preset or something, click on it and select CinematicRoblox preset and you can press home again and window will close.

Known Issues

  • Preset too dark/bright: Configure HDR power values
  • Preset has too washed out colors: Configure in Intel Graphics Command Center/Nvidia Control Panel/AMD panel (vibrance)
  • Unignorable color banding: Enable deband and debanding filters and set iterations to 4
  • After an Roblox update, it broke: Roblox removes any other files after updates so you have to reinstall Reshade.
  • If I use roblox fps unlocker, reshade doesnt work: This happens only once sometimes, workaround: Join any game without unlocker, and only then after Reshade has loaded, open fps unlocker.
  • How can I enable/disable the preset?: Go into Reshade settings and there’s and option “Effects toggle” and set it to some keybind

Tested on 1920×1080, SDR monitor, with 60% vibrance in nvidia panel, max graphics quality in roblox
Games tested: Bee Swarm Simulator (originally it was designed for bee swarm, but turned out good for every game)
